这个问题可谓是老生常谈了，显然是github网络环境的问题，可以使用以下几个镜像网站进行安装。上面两个镜像也不能保证你的下载速度很快，但至少大部分情况下不会报错。，下载就要耐心等待了，这一点一直是国内使用vcpkg的痛点。<path-to-vcpkg>就是你安装。比如我的就是D:\c.app\Vcpkg。
