Tensorflow-gpu、keras、CUDA、cuDNN安装要做时序预测的实验，需要用到GPU，记录一下环境配置的方法

数据集：coco格式。

环境：py3.8 + pytorch 1.8.1 + cuda 11.1。服务器Ubuntu版本：Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS。
