解决报错：Module Not Found Error: No module named ‘allennlp.commands.elmo‘
网上看了很多解决方案，大多数是将allennlp降级到0.x版本，但是我弄了快一天没有安装上老版本的allennlp(特别是0.6.x版本的allennlp 要装0.3.1版本的pytorch 非常麻烦）剩下代码不变 就可以解决问题了。
