1、可能是您当初设置的镜像源为淘宝镜像源 cnpm https://registry.npm.taobao.org
2、然而淘宝镜像源没有及时更新此插件版本，从而引起插件安装错误

解决办法

1、检测当前镜像源

npm config get registry  

2、修改镜像源为npm

npm config set registry https://registry.npmjs.org

3、尝试重新下载插件,此时您应该可以下载插件了
4、完成下载后便可切换镜像源至淘宝镜像源

npm config set registry https://registry.npm.taobao.org
