解决报错问题：RuntimeError: Could not infer dtype of numpy.float32

如果安装了net的SDK工具还是无法解决，查看系统路径C:\Program Files\dotnet\host\fxr是不是有不应该存在的版本，有可能是版本冲突，卸载不了就删了这个文件夹。
