摘要
伴随着每年的新生代的大学生源源不断的涌入社会,给社会的各行各业提供源源不断的新鲜血液,也为各行各业的进一步的发展提供着高精尖人才。而且每年通过高考进入大学校园的学生数量也在逐年的增多,这些学生通过在大学校园的继续的教育和学习后成功的走向社会,通过在学校学习的技能和技术成为社会中各行各业的有生力量。但伴随着学生基数的不断的扩大,也为学校带来了更大的考验和困难。面临着每一年的学生毕业走出校园成功的走向社会,如何给每一个学生提供一个更优更好的就业机会成了每一个高校所为之努力的方向。许多的高校通过在校园内举办校园的线下的招聘会,为学生提供一个就业和线下面试的机会,其中一方面为学生省去一些面试和就业的流程,也在另一方面为学生就业上提供一个保障,为学生筛选出更优的企业和更优的就业机会和岗位。再次过程之中也存在着一些局限性,参加线下招聘的公司或者是企业往往是当地的企业和公司居多,而且在人员岗位和招聘的职位类型也比较单一,存在地域限制和种类单一的情况的产生。本基于Python的招聘系统就是一款基于信息化的校园招聘网站,通过以线上的形式就行校园的招聘的工作,线上报名线上面试笔试的形式进行对岗位的招聘的工作,进一步的简化了招聘的流程,还可以吸引更多的优质的企业和单位来进行校园的招聘工作。而且在本系统的页面的设计之上,通过简洁的系统的功能界面实现系统的特定的功能操作。通过简单的色彩和功能区的划分实现系统的页面整体的设计逻辑,简化用户的实际的操作流程,为用户提供一个更加优质便捷的招聘系统平台。
