在创建vue项目时

vue init webpack [my-project]

报错vue-cli · Failed to download repo vuejs-templates/webpack: unable to verify the first certificate

找到nvm文件夹下node_modules\vue-cli\node_modules\download
打开index.js

即注释

rejectUnauthorized: process.env.npm_config_strict_ssl !== 'false'

修改为

rejectUnauthorized: false
