实际在 antd-vue 的 2.x 以上版本就不推荐使用 <a-icon /> 标签了，但出于某些原因不得不用时又发现新版本的命名和以前不一样了，有两种解决办法。

• 其一，把文档调回 1.x 版本查看 https://www.antdv.com/components/icon
  

• 其二，把新版本中的Oulined、TwoTone、Filled 都去掉并把大写转小写。
  例如

  <SmileOutlined />
  或者 
  <smile-outlined />
  

  替换为

  <a-icon type="smile" theme="outlined" />
  

总体来说挺基础的，刚接触时不太了解，记录一下。
