思考了半天，这两个项目环境也都差不多，但是出现错误要解决啊，于是我把没出错的项目库文件，语句也都改了，但是还是有错误，于是我仔细读了读，发现上面第一条表示Spring.xml不存在，但是Spring.xml存在啊。
于是我把两个项目结构和代码摘下来仔细查看。
这是出现错误的Spring.xml的文件结构

于是就发现一个问题，引用的时候的文件结构不对。
将出现错误的第一句改成如下语句（将后面引用“Spring.xml”改成"Spring/Spring.xml"）

ApplicationContext context = new ClassPathXmlApplicationContext("Spring/Spring.xml");

于是便可以成功运行
