说明：环境基于windows系统，linux配置相同。

#1.将war放在webapps目录下：
     manage_web_1.war
     manage_web_2.war

     说明：tomcate启动时会自动解压webapps目录下的war包，不用手动解压，放入即可。

#2.修改conf目录下的service.xml文件，新增如下配置，放在<Server></Server>标签中
