来处理启动容器时加载相关配置。
SpringServletContainerInitializer
主要是获取WebApplicationInitializer
实现类中配置的servlet,filter,listener,并进行处理,加载进入容器中。
所以,WebApplicationInitializer
才是我们需要关心的接口
