问题描述：cmd / VSCode 启动vue项目报错：npm ERR! enoent ENOENT: no such file or directory, open’E:xxxx\package.json’

原因： 没有进入到 项目文件夹下 进行npm install ，在 项目文件夹外一层 直接npm install去了……因为，项目文件夹里没有 package.josn 文件，系统找不到，就无法添加包依赖，随即报错。

总结：系统在文件目录下查找 package.josn 文件，找不到就报错！
