遇到问题：Output: mount.nfs: access denied by server while mounting 10.182.168.99:/k8s/test

解决办法：修改配置文件/etc/exports，加入 insecure 选项

                  /k8s/test *(insecure,rw,async,no_root_squash)
                  service portmap restart
                  service nfs-kernel-server restart

遇到问题：出现http: server gave HTTP response to HTTPS client错误(node节点也需要加入)

解决办法：vim /etc/docker/daemon.json

                  #加入信任名单
