解决办法：
主要是windows平台缺少编译环境，
运行：npm install -g node-gyp
划重点：需要注意一点，由于权限这个命令必须要在管理员运行的cmd命令窗口内
执行： npm install -g node-gyp

npm install node-sass --save-dev 安装失败后的包(第一次安装请跳过此步)要先卸载之前的包
npm uninstall node-sass

重新安装
npm install node-sass
