一、搭建项目
1.执行npm init命令初始化项目。

2.安装typescript以及其依赖库。

二、数据配置(Mac)
mysql安装之后有可能不支持存储emoji字符,需修改其配置。
/usr/local/mysql-5.7.18-macos10.12-x86_64/support-files路径下添加my.cnf文件(已存在则修改)如下
同时修改数据字符为:utf8mb4
