错误来源于git版本管理

原型是因为在你的项目的目录下（也就是有.git的目录下）没有README.md文件
需要用下面的代码来合并下（或者直接拷贝过来）
git pull –rebase origin master
然后在运行git push -u origin master
就不会报错了
