有人说需要翻墙，其实不用。
修改 /etc/sysconfig/docker
other_args="--exec-driver=lxc --selinux-enabled" ， 默认是空的
也有人说
在 /etc/sysconfig/docker里增加如下信息：
OPTIONS='--selinux-enabled --insecure-registry dl.dockerpool.com:5000'
这个没试过，不知道管不管用
