按照错误提示，我们进入此网页https://github.com/openai/atari-py#roms， 可以按步骤下载并安装ROMS

方法二

Atari版本问题，直接卸载现有的Atari，安装0.2.5版本
pip uninstall atari-py
pip install atari-py==0.2.5
