Download and copy the appropriate yum configuration file in place, by running the following commands as root:

# wget http://public-yum.oracle.com/public-yum-ol6.repo

# mv Oracle-Base.repo Oracle-Base.repo.disabled

# yum install yum-plugin-priorities

Note: Make sure to enableol7_optional_latest repository before installing yum-plugin-priorities on yoursystem
