• 我电脑里是有python的，但是版本是3.7，版本太高，根据日志提醒需要是python2.x。

• 然后我在镜像站上下载了python2.7，并且重新对环境变量进行配置。

• 配置环境变量

• 检查python 版本，看是否配置成功。

然后重启vscode。还有就是下载可能比较慢，我这边使用手机开热点下的，也可以使用国内的镜像站。
